The Brittany located along prestigious Park Shore Drive in Naples, introduced 127 luxury units on the Gulf of Mexico. This elegant building was built in 1995 and has a current value estimate of $280 million.

St. Raphael was completed in June 2000 with 22 stories and 178 luxury units overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in Pelican Bay. Current value estimate: $275 million.

Cap Ferrat at Pelican Bay is Gulf Bay's 15th residential condominium, completed November 2002. Located within Crown Colony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, Cap Ferrat is comprised of 22 stories and 111 luxury residences. Total sellout value is approximately $200 million.

Cannes at Pelican Bay is a low rise condominium project with 16 residences introduced for sale in September 2003 and sold out in March 2004. Sellout value estimate: $17 million.

Marco Beach Ocean Resort on Marco Island opened December 2001. This facility is a 100 all-suite, luxury hotel/condominium and is rated 4 diamonds by AAA. It has been designed to be favorably positioned for five-star status, when available. The Resort includes a spa and fitness center, full-service salon, executive conference rooms, a rooftop swimming pool and garden terrace, beachside and poolside bars, and casual and fine dining.
