Past Projects St. Tropez at Pelican Bay was developed in 1986 with 52 luxury residential units in a 15-story high-rise. Current value estimate: $35 million. St. Maarten at Pelican Bay was developed as a 21-story luxury high-rise condominium with 90 units overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in 1987. Current value estimate: $100 million. St. Thomas at Pelican Bay, comprising 32 luxury low-rise condominiums, was developed in 1987. Current value estimate: $28 million. Cannes at Pelican Bay is a low rise condominium project with 16 residences introduced for sale in September 2003 and sold out in March 2004. Sellout value estimate: $17 million. This premier community is comprised of approximately 4,000 acres of land in southern Collier County and is capable of accomodating 6,000 residences upon build-out. Of the Fiddler's Creek acreage, less than one-third of the property is being developed for residential purposes.
